The Role
Portico is recruiting for a Guest Relations Manager to join one of our most prestigious Central London locations. This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional from a 4 or 5-star hotel background to transition into a corporate environment, without losing the high standards and personalised service you’re used to delivering. You will take ownership of the front of house experience, leading a small team and ensuring every guest, visitor and colleague receives a seamless, polished and memorable welcome. This is a high-profile, flagship environment, where attention to detail and service excellence are key.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and inspire a front-of-house team to deliver exceptional service
- Act as the face of the client environment, creating a warm and professional welcome
- Manage the end-to-end guest journey, ensuring a seamless and personalised experience
- Engage confidently with senior stakeholders and VIP guests
- Assist with overseeing daily front-of-house operations, ensuring consistency and efficiency
- Identify opportunities to elevate service standards and enhance the guest experience
- Maintain impeccable presentation across all client-facing areas
About You
- Background in luxury hospitality (4/5-star hotel experience preferred)
- Proven experience leading or supervising a team in a high-end service environment
- A natural host with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders
- Highly organised, proactive and calm under pressure
- Immaculately presented with strong attention to detail
