Job Description
The Floor Host plays a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our client’s meeting room areas and all meetings taking place in the space. This role provides on‑ground support for colleagues, clients, and visitors by maintaining meeting room readiness, delivering technical assistance with Microsoft Teams and AV systems, and coordinating with the facilities, cleaning, and hospitality teams.
Acting as the main point of contact on the meeting room floors, the Floor Host ensures a professional, welcoming, and seamless experience that reflects the company’s standards of service and operational excellence.
Hours: 40 hours per week, shifts are between 7am‑6pm from Mon‑Fri.
Salary: £28,810 per annum.
Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
The successful candidate will have immaculate personal presentation, a genuine smile, and the ability to engage in conversation while naturally developing rapport with others. Experience with audio‑visual services and familiarity with room reservation operations is desirable. Experience in a corporate environment is highly desirable.
