Portico are currently recruiting for an Events Supervisor who can help to oversee our team based at an American multinational investment bank and financial services company in the City. The investment bank and financial services company are a true flagship location for Portico! The team take pride in being the service partner given the chance to deliver an intuitive service, with careful planning and faultless standards. They have a special can-do, flexible approach and relish the opportunity to keep raising the bar, exceeding expectations at every opportunity.

The Events Supervisor will work closely with our Reservations and Events Manager, taking ownership for the coordination and smooth running of all events taking place at the office. They will ensure that client requests are managed in a timely manner and a seamless and professional service is consistently delivered by the team.

The role is hands-on and highly visible, with the Events Supervisor supporting all aspects of the bookings and working closely with the firm staff and their clients, as well as other service partners within the business.

Hours: 40 hours per week, 8.5-hour shifts between 8am-6.30pm from Monday to Friday – earlier/later shifts may be required based on event's needs.

Salary: Β£41,422 per annum

Qualifications: The successful candidate must be friendly, innovative, led by service excellence, with excellent attention to detail. Previous experience of overseeing service delivery within a 5-star hotel or high-end corporate environment is essential, as well as familiarity with room reservations and event planning.
