We are currently on the lookout for a tech-savvy and polished AV Team Leader, based in the corporate offices of a world-renowned bank.

The role:

  • As a vital part of the wider Front of House team, the AV Team Leader will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day delivery of AV operations across the site, ensuring all equipment is fully operational and supporting events within the client’s purpose-built Business School Auditorium, alongside four large event spaces and meeting rooms within the main building.
  • Leading, developing and coordinating a team of 2 AV Technicians, the role will cover everything from small meeting room support and Zoom calls through to leading large scale events within the business school.
  • Working closely with the Events team, you will act as the AV Lead on site, meeting directly with clients to understand their requirements and ensuring all meetings and events run seamlessly from an AV perspective.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, support and develop a team of 2 AV Technicians
  • Oversee the day-to-day AV operation across the client site
  • Support and lead AV delivery for meetings, presentations and large scale events
  • Build strong working relationships with clients, stakeholders and internal teams
  • Troubleshoot technical issues efficiently and professionally
  • Ensure all AV equipment is maintained and functioning correctly
  • Provide a 5-star service experience at all times
  • Maintain excellent standards of presentation, communication and professionalism

Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have previous experience within an Audio Visual role, ideally within a corporate, hospitality or events environment. Previous experience leading or supervising a small team is highly desirable. You will also demonstrate:

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
  • A proactive and adaptable approach
  • The ability to remain calm under pressure within a fast-paced environment
  • A passion for both technology and customer service
  • Experience supporting corporate meeting room technology including Zoom and Teams platforms is essential
