Portico are on the lookout for a Customer Experience Coordinator for a building in central London. The overall aim of the Customer Experience Coordinator is to work alongside the Welcome Host and other service providers to create and uphold a positive visitor experience. The Customer Experience Coordinator will have the chance to create and cultivate the front-end user experience for guests and occupiers of the building. This includes:
- Helping to create the bespoke building app and uploading content
- Creating an events calendar and any required collateral, as well as running in-house events
- Creating music playlists for the public space
- Providing concierge services as well as any other services that will create added value for the occupier’s experience.
This is a hands-on role, with the Customer Experience Coordinator working from the Reception desk and sharing the welcome responsibilities with the Welcome Host.
Shift details: 40 hours per week, shifts from 8am-5pm Mon-Fri. Salary: £39,000 per annum.
Qualifications
Corporate reception experience is required for this position, as well as knowledge of running small in-house events and budget management. The successful candidate will also have previous experience of using visitor management systems and will be happy to work alone or as part of a small team. They will be proactive and self-motivated, with a desire to implement a truly memorable customer experience. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, good attention to detail and the natural initiative to take tasks on automatically. They must be a people person and show good levels of flexibility and adaptability to manage differing client needs. An excellent multitasker, the successful candidate will be the go-to person in the building and will need to focus on building strong and lasting relationships with the tenants.
