An award-winning international interior design studio, recognised for creating exceptional hospitality spaces worldwide, is now launching a brand-new studio in London. This is a rare opportunity to join from the very beginning and play a key role in shaping the studio’s foundation and creative direction.

This appointment will be made on a consultancy agreement basis (not under the payroll system) for the first 12 months, with the intention to transition into a permanent structure once the London studio is fully established and growing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work directly with senior designers and leadership to deliver luxury hospitality projects, from concept through to detailed design.
  • Develop creative concepts for internationally branded hotels (e.g. Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, IHG, Four Seasons), ensuring designs align with brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries.
  • Prepare mood boards, presentations, space plans, and full FF&E specifications tailored to luxury hotel standards.
  • Produce detailed design documentation and coordinate with consultants, suppliers, and project managers.
  • Collaborate on site coordination, reviewing construction progress and ensuring design integrity.
  • Manage workflows on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
  • 5–8 years of professional interior design experience, with a minimum of 3+ years focused exclusively on branded hotel projects.
  • A portfolio demonstrating end-to-end involvement in hospitality interiors, specifically for global hotel brands.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite; SketchUp/3D skills advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of FF&E selection for luxury hospitality environments.
  • Experience liaising with hotel brand representatives and interpreting brand standards.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a consultancy format, with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
