Job Title: Trainee Lettings Consultant
Location:Ilford and Stratford
Brand: Portico
Salary:up to £27,250 OTE
Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:45am to 6pm, Friday 8:45am to 5:30pm, 1 in 2 Saturdays 9am to 1pm

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate for the position of Trainee Lettings Consultant will be driven, ambitious and able to communicate a high level of customer care to their clients. We are looking for candidates who are wanting to create a long-term career, you should be able to work to targets and deadlines.
Full training will be provided through our in-house training academy and following a successful probationary period, you will have the prospect of earning a competitive salary package.
Duties will include:
- Identifying and maximising business opportunities
- Booking property viewings and registering applicants
- Delivering exceptional customer service over the phone and face to face
- Achieving personal and branch sales targets
- Negotiating and agreeing tenancies
- Representing the company in a professional manner
- Building strong relationships internally and externally
