Location: Islington
Salary: OTE: up to £28,000.00 per annum
Hours: Monday to Thursday from 8:45am - 6pm, Fridays from 8:45am - 5:30pm. Please note, that you will be required to work alternate Saturdays from 10am - 2pm.
Driving Licence: You must have a full UK Driving Licence & access to your own car.

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities: The ideal candidate for the position of Trainee Lettings Negotiator will be driven, ambitious and able to communicate a high level of customer care to their clients. We are looking for candidates who are wanting to create a long-term career; you should be able to work to targets and deadlines. Please note, that full training will be provided.
Duties will include:
- Identifying and maximising business opportunities
- Booking property viewings and registering applicants
- Delivering exceptional customer service over the phone and face to face
- Achieving personal and branch sales targets
