Salary: Competitive Salary Package

Hours: Monday to Fridays from 8:45am to 6pm. Please note, that you will be required to work alternate Saturdays from 10am - 2pm.

Driving Licence: Please note, that you must have a full UK Driving Licence & access to your own car.

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:

Duties will include:

  • Identifying and maximising business opportunities.
  • Advertise properties, deal with booking property viewings and registering applicants.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service over the phone and face to face.
  • Achieving personal and branch sales targets.
  • Introducing new business and building alliances with developers within the local community through active networking.
  • Being the stream of communication between client and vendor with sharing information.
  • Building strong relationships internally and externally.
  • Preparing accurate property details and ensuring accurate data entry.
  • Deal with the sale of a property from viewing to close.

  • Excellent sales ability.
  • High level of customer service skills.
