Job Description
Portico are currently recruiting for a brand new role as a Senior Front of House Account Manager to oversee our team for a client services portfolio at Portico!
The focus of this his newly created role is to further drive service excellence and the evolution of our client services. This will include all aspects of team management, as well as driving innovation and fostering our organic growth.
The Senior Account Manager will not only oversee the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of around 10 properties, they will also work with the senior management team and their clients to further drive innovation & outline best practice, making sure we are providing value to a portfolio of over 90 properties.
The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent people management skills, strategic thinking, emotional intelligence and the ability to create strong relationships with both team members and key stakeholders alike. They will conduct themselves with professionalism and ensure that service standards are consistently delivered at the highest level.
Hours: 8am-5pm, from Monday to Friday
Salary: Competitive
Qualifications
It is essential that the successful candidate has extensive experience in a management role, looking after multiple teams within a front of house/facilities management environment, as well as complex client/stakeholder relationships.
The candidate will need to be open minded, adaptable, flexible, and able to consistently deliver results, often under time constraints and other pressurised factors. Organisation, diplomacy, and the ability to communicate clearly will be critical.
