Job Description
Portico are lucky to be the chosen service partner for providing front of house services at the offices of one of the worlds most famous banking institutions.
This Office Coordinator (Regional Client Support Host) looks after the client services at a small cluster of regional offices in Chandlers Ford, Worthing, Brighton and Poole. Travel costs are included.
They will be the go-to person for looking after the day to day needs of our clients in their offices, delivering an exceptional and engaging working environment. You will work directly with the Workplaces Services Team, who oversee many aspects of facilities management.
Hours: 40 hours per week, shifts from Mon – Fri between 08.00-17.00
Salary: £27,000 per annum
Qualifications
Previous experience in a customer service or facilities role essential.
You will be required to attend each site as per business needs, therefore the successful candidate must be comfortable with regular travel and have impeccable time management skills. You will be proactive with a can-do attitude, and the ability to prioritise your workload.
Travel costs are covered for this role.
