Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist (Guest Services Host), to join our team in the Bracknell offices of a client in the financial services industry.
Working alongside a hands-on Team Leader, the Guest Services Host will be the first point of contact for all queries. They will also work closely with the firm’s staff, as well as other service partners to provide the best possible level of customer service to all.
Conveying an attitude where no request is too big and no detail is too small, the successful Guest Services Host will provide a friendly, larger than life welcome, whilst remaining security conscious. They will also know the difference between being discreet and going the extra mile to anticipate the needs of their guests.
Hours: 40 Hours per week, shifts from 8am-6pm, from Monday – Friday
Salary: £27,038 per annum
Qualifications
We are looking for a friendly person with a passion for service and attention to detail. They must be willing to go above and beyond to create exceptional experiences for our clients, as well as possessing strong organisational, communication skills and demonstrating a keen level of pro-activity with a range of tasks.
The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in delivering outstanding customer service.
