Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist & Office Administrator for a brand-new Portico contract, based at a global bank in the city of London.
This multifaceted role will give the successful candidate the opportunity to take ownership over several office functions. Based at the main reception, they will provide a genuine and friendly welcome, whilst managing a busy switchboard and serving as the first point of contact for the banks staff and visitors.
Another side of the role is providing admin and secretarial assistance to the banks credit committee, as well as covering PA duties for the General Manager from time to time.
The Receptionist & office Administrator will also provide office management assistance, taking stock of office and kitchen supplies, and making orders to ensure they are replenished.
Shifts: 40 hours per week, shifts from 9am-5pm, Mon-Fri
Salary: £31,000
Qualifications
Customer services experience is essential, preferably within corporate or high-end service environment.
A background in office admin is highly desirable
The successful candidate will have a highly professional demeanour, strong written and verbal communication skills and a good knowledge of MS office.
They will be self-motivated, an excellent problem solver and show high levels of flexibility and adaptability.
