Job Description

We are looking for a proactive, warm, and people focused Receptionist (Client Support Executive) to become the welcoming face at our operation based at the corporate offices of a reputable law firm.
If you thrive in a fast paced, high end environment and love creating exceptional experiences for clients, this is a role where you’ll shine.

As the first point of contact for all external visitors, you’ll set the tone for their entire experience. You will ensure that every interaction feels seamless, professional, and memorable. You’ll also work closely with internal teams, building strong relationships and supporting the smooth running of our workplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a professional, friendly welcome to all external clients, ensuring a consistently positive experience.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both external visitors and internal colleagues.
  • Manage room bookings and car park reservations with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Support the planning, coordination, and setup of internal and external events.
  • Go above and beyond to enhance client satisfaction and create standout moments.

Hours: 21 hours per week. Rotating shifts between 7am-7pm, core days from Tuesday - Thursday with flexibility for overtime on Mondays and Fridays.
Salary £14,687
