Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Reception Manager to oversee our front of house team in the London offices of a client in the financial services industry!

The Reception Manager role has 3 key elements. The first is to effectively provide management and direction to the team. The Reception Manager will be the first point of contact for all team members and will have to use excellent coaching skills to create a culture of excellence, steering the delivery of world class customer service!

Another key part of the role is managing the operation, as well as setting standards through operational involvement and monitoring team performance. Innovation is also welcomed, as the Reception Manager will be expected to come up with new ways to improve our services.

Finally, the Reception Manager will be highly visible, as they work closely with the firm’s staff and their clients, as well as other service partners in the business. This means that the successful candidate will be able to build relationships with people at all levels and represent our client as a proud ambassador.

Hours: 40 hours per week, shifts between 7am-7:30pm from Mon-Fri
Salary: £40,000


Qualifications

The role is hands on, with the Reception Manager being involved in all aspects of the services that our team provides. Therefore, it is essential to have an open minded, adaptable, and flexible approach, in an ever changing and evolving business.

The successful candidate will ideally have experience of working at a managerial level, preferably within a Corporate Reception environment.
