Job Description
We are currently on the lookout for an experienced Receptionist to join our team of 5 based across 2 busy ground floor receptions in the city.
We are looking for candidates who stand out from the crowd to help us in shaping the service level, ensuring that every visitor receives a the very best experience, which is simply an expectation!
The Receptionists at this location “own” the ground floor space, taking care of the entire journey of all staff and visitors, from the moment they enter to the moment they leave. Filling each interaction with personality, and consistently creating memorable experiences.
The successful candidate will also need to cover the hosting for Events, as well as managing the cloakroom.
Shift pattern: 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break between 5:45am-10pm, from Mon-Fri
Salary: £30,975 per annum
Qualifications
Previous experience in a busy customer service role or front of house role essential.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and exceptional attention to detail. They will be proactive, flexible and have a can-do attitude.
