Job Description
Portico are currently recruiting for an organised and customer focused PT Receptionist to join our team based at a well-known institution in the West End.
The institution offers business executives the opportunity to purchase a membership and in doing so enjoy the many benefits that they have to offer. This includes a place to work, meet, host clients, and network, as well as enjoying training sessions and seminars.
The Receptionist will focus on making sure that everyone visiting this iconic location receives a friendly and attentive welcome. The main duties include meet & greet, site show arounds & inductions, meeting room management, helping VIP clientele & facilitating onsite events, training sessions & seminars.
Shift pattern: 24 hours per week, between 8am – 8pm (am shift: 08:00-16:30/ pm shift 11:30-20:00) 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday)
Salary: £18,895
Qualifications
The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail and must show good levels of flexibility and adaptability to manage differing client needs. They will be a motivated people person, with an ability to build strong and lasting relationships with a variety of clientele.
Customer service experience is required for the role, preferably within a corporate setting.
