Our client, a world renowned law firm based next to Moorgate Station, is embarking on an exciting journey to a brand-new workplace — and we’re looking for dynamic Workplace Coordinators to help make this transition seamless and energising. As a Workplace Coordinator, you’ll be the go-to person for colleagues on your assigned floor, ensuring their day-to-day experience is supported and connected. You’ll manage incoming queries, resolve issues with a proactive mindset, and act as the friendly face of the transition. You’ll also work closely with the client team to support operational tasks, helping to shape a workplace that’s not just functional, but inspiring. If you thrive on people interaction, love solving problems, and want to be part of something transformative, we’d love to hear from you.
Hours: 40 hours per week, varying shifts between 7am-7pm, Mon-Fri.
Salary: £35,500. Please note that this position is an initial fixed term contract until December 2026.
Qualifications: We’re looking for relatable, personable people with a strong customer-first mindset and solid experience in a structured customer service role. You’ll need to be comfortable in managing your time, prioritising tasks, and handling queries with professionalism and empathy. An understanding of working in a law firm is a bonus. Group interviews will be held from late September to early October as part of the selection process.
