Job Description

As part of the Portico Premier team, you will provide flexible, polished, and highly professional support across Portico's client portfolio.

We are seeking outstanding customer service professionals who can confidently step into different client environments and consistently deliver exceptional service from day one.

This role is ideal for individuals with experience in corporate reception, luxury hospitality, five-star hotels, premium aviation, concierge services, private members clubs, workplace experience, events or high-end retail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a warm, professional welcome to visitors, clients and colleagues.
  • Act as an ambassador for both Portico and our clients.
  • Manage visitor registration, access control and host notifications.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and workplace teams.
  • Support meeting room bookings, hospitality services and workplace operations.
  • Maintain exceptional presentation standards across front-of-house areas.
  • Provide flexible support across multiple client locations as business needs require.
  • Follow all security, compliance and visitor management procedures.

You'll be trusted to represent prestigious brands, deliver consistently outstanding visitor experiences and help establish Portico Premier as the benchmark for exceptional front-of-house service.

Hours: 40 hours per week, flexible shifts including weekends and bank holidays

Salary: £34,000 per annum with an increase to £35,000 upon completion of 12 months in the role.

Please note that team members are expected to travel to sites within London area

  • First Aid, Fire Marshal or Health & Safety training.
  • Experience supporting events, facilities or workplace coordination teams.
