We are currently hiring across multiple positions, including:

  • Receptionists

  • Senior Welcome Hosts
  • Workplace & Community Managers

About You

We’re looking for individuals who bring hospitality excellence into a corporate setting:

  • Background in luxury hospitality (4/5-star hotels preferred) (e.g. Guest Relations Manager, Front Office Manager, Concierge Manager, Guest Experience Manager)
  • Experience leading or supervising teams in a high-end environment
  • A natural host with a passion for exceptional service delivery
  • Confident communicator, comfortable with senior stakeholders and VIPs
  • Highly organised, proactive, and calm under pressure
  • Immaculate presentation with exceptional attention to detail
