Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Duty Concierge Manager to lead front-of-house operations within a prestigious luxury residential development.

This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional with strong leadership skills and experience in high-end residential, hospitality, or Build-to-Rent (BTR) environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the Concierge Team, ensuring exceptional resident and guest experiences.
  • Oversee daily concierge operations, ensuring SOPs and service standards are consistently maintained.
  • Act as the first point of escalation for resident queries, complaints, and service requests.
  • Manage concierge rotas, staffing arrangements, and day-to-day administration.
  • Coordinate resident move-ins, move-outs, viewings, renewals, and welcome meetings.
  • Oversee resident amenities, parcel management, key control, access systems, and building security procedures.
  • Conduct regular inspections of communal areas, amenities, and vacant apartments.
  • Prepare monthly reports, monitor KPIs, and support operational improvements.
  • Work closely with Housekeeping, Maintenance, Security, and Building Management teams.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies and emergency procedures.

Hours: 38.5 hours per week (Average) with 4 on 4 off shift patterns. 12 hour shifts which are typically either 7am-7pm, 9am-9pm, will vary as per business requirements.

Qualifications

  • Experience within a luxury residential, hospitality, or high-end customer service environment.
  • Substantial supervisory or team leadership experience.
  • Experience of residential concierge or front desk operations.
  • Knowledge of the Build-to-Rent (BTR) sector is desirable.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Professional, proactive, and customer-focused approach.
  • Working knowledge of Property Management Systems.
  • SIA Licence and First Aid/Life Saving qualifications are advantageous.
