Portico are lucky to be the chosen service partner for providing front of house services at the offices of one of the world's most famous banking institutions and are currently adding to our regional support team. The new Facilities Coordinator (Regional Client Support Host) looks after the client services at a small cluster of regional offices in Liverpool, Chester, St Helens, Menai and Bangor. Travel costs are included.

They will be the go-to person for looking after the day-to-day needs of our clients in their offices, delivering an exceptional and engaging working environment. You will work directly with the Workplaces Services Team, who oversee many aspects of facilities management.

Shifts: 40 hours per week, shifts between 8am-5pm from Mon-Fri

Salary: £30,835 per annum

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or facilities role essential.
  • The successful candidate must be comfortable with regular travel and have impeccable time management skills.
  • You will be proactive with a can-do attitude, and the ability to prioritise your workload.
