We are seeking a Part-Time Colleague Support Host who will take ownership of delivering an outstanding visitor and employee experience at the bank's Glasgow offices. If you thrive in a role where every day brings variety, connection and purpose, this could be the perfect fit.
As a Colleague Support Host, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the bank remains a benchmark for service excellence. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing a warm, professional welcome to employees, visitors, VIPs and event delegates
- Building genuine relationships with clients and colleagues across the business
- Handling enquiries confidently in person, over the phone and via email
- Maintaining a polished, organised and efficient front-of-house environment
- Supporting day to day operations to ensure a seamless workplace experience
- Upholding the highest standards of customer care and personal service

Hours: 22.5 hours per week, shifts from 8am-4pm, Mon-Fri
Salary: £15,736.50 per annum
You’ll be a natural communicator who enjoys engaging with people from all walks of life. To succeed, you’ll bring:
