Job Title: Floor Host (Colleague Support Host)

Location: Southend call centre offices of one of the largest international banks in the world

We are seeking a dedicated Floor Host to join our team. The role involves managing the day-to-day needs of our clients and creating an exceptional environment in collaboration with the workplace services team, focusing on facilities management.

The position combines front of house and back of house responsibilities:

  • Front of house: Providing a friendly welcome to employees and guests, offering assistance with building facilities, meeting rooms, and amenities.
  • Back of house: Conducting daily floor walks, resetting meeting rooms, reporting issues to facilities teams, and ensuring the smooth operation of the building.

Shifts: 40 hours per week, from 07:30-16:00 and 08:00-16:30, Monday to Friday.

Salary: £28,305 per annum.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Positive, reliable, proactive, flexible, and organized.
  • Ability to engage with others, handle multiple requests, and create rapport.
  • Previous experience in customer service or facilities management is essential.
