Job Description
Portico are currently recruiting for an Events Coordinator for our team based at an American multinational investment bank and financial services company in the City.
The investment bank and financial services company are a true flagship location for Portico! The team take pride in being the service partner given the chance to deliver an intuitive service, with careful planning and faultless standards. They have a special can-do, flexible approach and relish the opportunity to keep raising the bar, exceeding expectations at every opportunity.
The Events Coordinator will work closely with our Conference Services Manager, taking ownership for the coordination and smooth running of all events taking place at the office. They will ensure that client requests are managed in a timely manner and a seamless and professional service is consistently delivered.
Shift pattern: 40 hours per week, from Mon-Fri
Salary: £32,894
Qualifications
The successful candidate must be friendly, innovative, led by service excellence, with excellent attention to detail.
Previous experience of overseeing service delivery within a 5-star hotel or high-end corporate environment is essential.
