Our team of Receptionists are based at the hotel's front desk, greeting customers upon arrival, and providing a smooth check-in. They will also take care of guest needs during their stay, solving any issues, answering any questions, and ensuring that each guest is provided with a bespoke and personal service for the duration of their stay. The Night Receptionist also takes care of night audits, handovers to the day team and taking ownership of any emergency situations during the night.

Shifts: 40 hours per week, based on rotational 12 hour shift patterns from Mon-Sun.

Salary: £29,453 per annum

Qualifications: For the successful candidate to fulfil these duties to the standard expected, they will need to be customer focused, with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. They will be able to build rapport with different people, showing their passion for exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will also be organised and forward thinking, with the adaptability to work well in a team as well as alone. The ideal candidate will have experience working within a high-end customer service role.
