We are currently on the lookout for an experienced Corporate Front of House Services Manager (Guest Services Manager) to join our small team based at the corporate offices of a well-known retailer in the Paddington area. This hands-on role will give you the chance to inject some of your style into the already service-focused culture of the operation. Ensuring that every visitor receives a consistent, market-leading experience is simply an expectation.
It is very important that our new Front of House Services Manager can work alongside the Operations Manager, existing team and our client to find new ways to innovate and exceed guest expectations. Based at the main reception space themselves, the Front of House Services Manager will have management responsibilities to a small team of podium-based Receptionists whose services include:
- Meet and greet
- Switchboard
- VIP escorting
- Meeting room management
- Overseeing the AV services
- Assisting with the planning and operational running of events
Ultimately, cultivating Portico's relationship with our client and tenants.
Shift pattern: 40 hours per week, shifts covering operational hours between 7.30am - 6pm, from Monday-Friday.
Salary: £42,436 per annum.
Qualifications: Previous experience of leading a team within a corporate front of house /5* hotel environment is essential for the successful candidate to ensure that they can hit the ground running in their new role. They will be the type of person that will see challenges as opportunities, and solutions when presented with problems. To top it all off, the successful Front of House Services Manager will have a friendly and outgoing personality, with a passion for proactively leading change and innovation.
