Portico have an outstanding opportunity available for a Receptionist (Regional Guest Services Ambassador) to join our team based at the Belfast offices of a global consultancy firm. We take great pride in being the service partner selected to deliver an intuitive service, with careful planning and faultless standards. Our reception team have a special can-do, flexible approach and relish the opportunity to keep raising the bar, exceeding expectations at every opportunity.

The new Receptionist will play a key role in several areas, based around the meet and greet provided to the firm’s staff and visitors, office support, and the management and facilitation of meeting rooms, including elements of hospitality. They will anticipate client needs, following up each time to ensure expectations are exceeded with every interaction.

Hours: 40 hours per week, with shifts between 7.30am-5.30pm, with overtime for events outside these hours.

Salary: £31,508 per annum

Qualifications: To join the team, you will be a friendly and positive team player, with strong organisation and communication skills. A high level of personal presentation and a proactive approach will be valuable for our new Receptionist, as well as the natural desire to take ownership of tasks and solve problems. A customer-focused approach is imperative for this role, so the successful candidate will have some experience in delivering a top end level of customer service, within an environment that has extremely high expectations.
