We are currently recruiting for a Part Time Receptionist (Guest Services Host) to join our team in the Beaconsfield offices of a client in the financial services industry! The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for all queries. They will also work closely with the firm’s staff, as well as other service partners to provide the best possible level of customer service to all.
Conveying an attitude where no request is too big and no detail is too small, the successful Guest Services Host will support the Guest Services Team, managing the inbox, answering the phone, sorting post, setting up meeting rooms as well as other facilities based duties.
Hours: 8 hours per week, 8:30-17:30 on Fridays
Salary: £5,765.76 per annum (£13.86 an hour)
Qualifications: We are looking for a friendly candidate with a passion for service and attention to detail. They must be willing to go above and beyond to create exceptional experiences for our clients, as well as possessing strong organisational and communication skills and demonstrating a keen level of pro-activity with a range of tasks. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in delivering outstanding customer service and administrative support. They will be customer oriented, positive, flexible, accountable, trustworthy and an excellent team player.
