About the Role
We are looking for a creative and organised Marketing Assistant to join our Sales and Marketing team at Porthaven. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about marketing, communications and brand promotion, and is looking to develop their career within a growing organisation.
Working closely with the Group Sales and Marketing Manager, you will help deliver engaging marketing campaigns and ensure our brand communications maintain a consistent look, feel and tone of voice. The role also involves:
- Supporting the delivery of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Ensuring website content is accurate, engaging and up to date.
- Coordinating the production of marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters and leaflets.
- Supporting events, marketing meetings and new home launches.
- Working with external agencies to deliver marketing projects.
- Monitoring campaign performance and reporting on results.
- Producing accurate management information and reports.
- Coordinating signage and other promotional materials across our homes.
The role is primarily office-based in Windsor, with occasional travel to our care homes for events, photography projects and marketing meetings.
About You
We're looking for an enthusiastic and proactive individual who enjoys juggling multiple projects and takes pride in delivering high-quality work. You will have a creative eye, excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
You will also have:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Experience using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- A good understanding of traditional and digital marketing channels.
- Strong creative skills and an eye for design and visual appeal.
- The ability to work to deadlines and manage competing priorities.
- A positive, flexible and self-motivated approach to work.
- A commitment to accuracy and attention to detail.
