About the Role
Whether this role represents a step up or a move across, you will be motivated not only to meet Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards and legislative requirements, but to exceed them. Your responsibilities will also include:
- Creating an open, inclusive and positive environment for residents and colleagues
- Always placing the rights, wellbeing and dignity of individuals first
- Overall responsibility for the smooth running of the home, including operations, health & safety, health and personal care, and financial management
- Leading, inspiring and developing a close‑knit team to deliver outstanding care and hospitality
