As a Kitchen Assistant you will support the kitchen team to serve delicious, well-balanced and nutritious meals that our residents will love. Working as part of a team, you will help to provide a high-quality food service to support our residents' wellbeing. You will maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and will assist during the food preparation process. There will be many opportunities for you to get to know our residents and to develop your skills.
About you:
You will be reliable, considerate and caring in your approach. Formal qualifications are not necessary as full training will be provided, although any similar experience gained in a commercial kitchen or care setting would be highly advantageous. The successful candidate will be subject to the provision of satisfactory references and a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, and they must be authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
