As a Head Housekeeper, you will play a central role in making our home warm and inviting. You will lead a team of housekeeping staff to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene for our residents. The role requires excellent attention to detail and the leadership skills to ensure your team are performing at their best. You will also oversee the purchase, consumption and handling of cleaning chemicals, manage a budget and be able to adhere to health and safety requirements and the latest infection prevention and control policies and procedures.

You must have previous experience of leading a housekeeping team, ideally within a social care or hospital environment. You will be highly motivated, professional in your approach and have excellent communication skills. We are looking for individuals with a genuine warm and friendly manner and who can multitask where necessary.

The successful candidate will be subject to the provision of satisfactory references and a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, and they must be authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
