About the role:

As a Host at a Porthaven home you will work as part of a highly skilled hospitality team to serve delicious, nutritious meals and create a dining experience that our residents will love. You will be helping to provide a high-quality food service that supports our residents' wellbeing and contributes to the overall positive experience our residents have whilst living in our care. There will be plenty of opportunities for you to get to know our residents, allowing you to enhance their hospitality experience and develop your own skills at the same time.

About you:

You will be passionate about delivering person-centred hospitality, with first-class customer service at the heart of what you do. You will provide a friendly, engaging and helpful service in our dining and bar areas and bring a smile to our residents' faces. You don't need any qualifications for this role as we will provide full training, so it is a great opportunity to learn something new and make a positive difference to the lives of older people.

The successful candidate will be subject to the provision of satisfactory references and a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, and they must be authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
