About you:
- You will be passionate about care and making a positive difference to the lives of vulnerable adults.
- You will be willing to work towards or have completed your NVQ level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care.
- You will have previous experience of working in a Care Home environment, perhaps as a Senior Carer. This is desirable but not essential, it all depends on your skills.

About the role:
Leading a team of Carers and Senior Carers, you will deliver person-centred care to our residents to ensure they retain their dignity and individuality. By leading a happy and competent team, you can really make a difference in your home and also the local community.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and inspiring a team of Carers and Senior Carers in the day-to-day running of the home.
- Communicating regularly with our residents' families and healthcare professionals to write and adapt care plans.
- Administering medication and completing risk assessments.
- Ensuring the needs of the residents are always met.
- Ensuring residents' daily records are up to date and accurately reflect the care provided.
