About the Role

As a Care Assistant you will make a real difference in people's lives every day with a rewarding career.

You will care for our residents as though they are your own family, ensuring the physical, social, mental and emotional wellbeing.

Daily responsibilities in this role include

  • Respect each resident as an individual, tailoring care to their personal needs and preferences according to their care plan.
  • Support residents with daily living activities including; washing, toileting, dressing and grooming.
  • Promote choice, dignity, and independence through person-centred care.
  • Support residents during mealtimes and ensure they have access to food and refreshments whenever they wish
  • Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families through kindness, empathy, and compassion with residents.
