To oversee the implementation and development of the company Supply Chain strategy to help the company achieve its goals. Manage the supply chain function on a day-to-day basis. Identify and communicate with suppliers, subcontractors. Support, long-term supplier relationships focusing on value for money, service & product quality. Provides open feedback to the supply chain on performance and competitiveness. Holds review meetings with the supply chain as and when required. Identifies and communicates effectively with potential suppliers; carrying out due diligence, monitoring integration and effectiveness into the businessSkills, Experience and Attributes: Strategic understanding of business and the strategic importance of Purchasing and Supply Chain Management * Contractual & Commercial knowledge and understanding * Continuously keeping knowledge up to date on Purchasing and Supply developments Influencing skills Excellent communication skills Leadership and motivation coach and develop team Builds and maintains excellent working relationships under pressureA positive, proactive approach determined to succeed INDPRO
