The role:
Support and lead sourcing/negotiation/procurement of IT hardware, software & services
Contract negotiation – negotiate contract terms, pricing, and SLAs to optimise costs and mitigate risks
Ensure procurement activities comply with our processes, policies, and controls
Work closely with colleagues to deliver an excellent IT Procurement service
Cross-department collaboration, working with IT, finance, legal, commercial and project teams
Supporting building out category plans, processes, and controls for IT Procurement
