Portfolio Procurement has been engaged to recruit an experienced Demand & Supply Planner for a leading FMCG client. This role is fully remote role and comes with great benefits including Bonus, Good Pension, Healthcare and much more. The Role: Manage demand forecasts based on trends, seasonality, and promotions Lead collaborative planning, forecasting, and replenishment meetings Achieve forecast accuracy, inventory, service level, and customer in-stock % targets. Communicate material shortages and delays to appropriate customer contacts. Manage inventory levels by SKU and DC Manage schedules Attend S&OP meetings Experience/Skills Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, sum-ifs, conditional formatting, lookups).
