A Head of Payroll & Pensions is currently being recruited for a large not for profit organisation. This is a crucial role for the business and will report directly into the Director team.
This role will be responsible for a very large payroll along with a very large team.
As the Head of Payroll & Pensions, you will be responsible for:
- Oversee the payroll management & delivery of over 25,000 employees
- Management of a payroll & pensions team that totals over 50 staff members
- Drive compliance and accuracy across the department
- Manage SLAs
- Take ownership of pension payroll delivery
- Work with organisational Directors to drive best practice & efficiencies
