A Head of Payroll & Pensions is currently being recruited for a large not for profit organisation. This is a crucial role for the business and will report directly into the Director team.

This role will be responsible for a very large payroll along with a very large team.

As the Head of Payroll & Pensions, you will be responsible for:

  1. Oversee the payroll management & delivery of over 25,000 employees
  2. Management of a payroll & pensions team that totals over 50 staff members
  3. Drive compliance and accuracy across the department
  4. Manage SLAs
  5. Take ownership of pension payroll delivery
  6. Work with organisational Directors to drive best practice & efficiencies
