Location: London once a week – fully remote after April
Salary: Circa 42,000 (dependant on experience)
Working Schedule: Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours a week

About the Role
A well-known brand is looking for an exceptional Payroll Team Leader to join their team and manage a team of 2!
If you have supervision experience, processed timesheets and have managed high-volume in-house end-to-end payroll then this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process the payroll from start to finish for approximately 3000 employees
- Manage a team of 2
- Statutory payments
- Check Payroll
- Manage starters/leavers
- Produce and send P45s
- Manage pension and tax
- Parallel runs
- Answering queries
- Bank reconciliations
Requirements:
- Experience processing high-volume, in-house payroll from start to finish.
- Processed timesheets
- Advanced Excel skills, including lookups and pivot tables.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- CIPP qualified (desirable)
- ROI end-to-end payroll experience (desirable)
- Highly organised, professional, strong attention to detail, proactive, driven
