The Role: As a Payroll Advisor, you will be the go-to expert on employment law, ensuring our payroll processes remain fully compliant with the latest UK legislation and best practices. You will provide trusted advice both internally and to our clients, bridging the gap between legal requirements and practical payroll operations.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing end-to-end payroll processing across a diverse client portfolio.
- Ensuring full compliance with employment legislation (e.g. HMRC, SSP, SMP, NMW/NLW, holiday pay, IR35, etc.).
