Portfolio Payroll are currently recruiting for a well established organisation looking for a part time Payroll Assistant to join them on a permanent basis. The role will require roughly 18 hours per week split across 3 days.
Responsibilities will include:
- Process weekly timesheets - check and transpose data into spreadsheets
- Accurately support the processing of payroll on a 4-weekly basis using SAGE Payroll software
- Ensure all payroll transactions are processed efficiently and in a timely manner
- Maintain and update employee records, including starters, leavers, and contract changes
- Basic bookkeeping tasks using XERO software
- General office duties
