My client, a global financial service client, is seeking an interim Payroll & Benefits Manager for a period of 3-6 months covering the following responsibilities:
- Managing the payroll(s) from start to finish using ADP ihcm
- Administering all employee benefit programmes
- Supporting the Reward Manager with specific projects as required
- Managing 1 Payroll & Benefits Administrator
- Ensuring payroll information is sent to the external payroll provider on a timely basis (and in line with strict authorisation controls)
- Checking payroll
- Ensuring post payroll service meetings are held each month with the payroll provider
- Ensuring payroll submissions are accurate and being accountable for its accuracy
- Ensuring all joiners, changes, and leavers are entered accurately and in a timely manner on the payroll database
- Reconciling each element of payroll each month through robust reconciliations
- Completing all Expat payroll processes in a timely manner and making payments in line with deadlines
- Maintaining/monitoring the relationship with the payroll provider and escalating any service-related issues as appropriate
The role is based in the city with a hybrid working arrangement of 3 days in the office and 2 at home. My client is looking to progress quickly with this hire, so you will need to be available immediately and able to start within the next week.
