Our client is actively seeking a senior compensation manager across the UK and EMEA regions. The role will be managing 2 compensation analysts whilst undertaking various compensation tasks. Tasks will include job evaluations, sales plans, salary benchmarking, and reporting for senior stakeholders within the business. The successful candidate will also be involved in various projects including annual reviews, EU pay directive, and HRIS transitions.

Successful candidates need to be confident and able to hit the ground running - someone with initiative, good at problem solving, and confident liaising with senior stakeholders.

Duties to include:

  • Annual compensation reviews
  • Executive remuneration
  • Financial reporting
  • Budgeting and forecasting
  • Support in operational areas of compensation including, but not limited to, offer consultation, market data, benchmarking, reporting, reconciliation, and other compensation analytics.
  • Line management of two analysts

Candidates will have a good, stable background in compensation (ideally 6+ years), management experience, and knowledge of EMEA and EU pay directives. Experience with a multi-national, commercial business would be advantageous.

This role is a full-time, permanent position across 37 hours, requiring office presence 4 days a week, with flexibility around working hours.
