My client is looking for a HR Project Manager on a hybrid basis working in their busy office in Hertfordshire 2 days a week at most.
Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing all HR projects related to the integration of an acquisition.
- Co-ordinating with the Group team and divisional People Director.
- Migrating systems to Oracle.
- Aligning processes with company standards.
- Supporting interim process measures and ensuring governance.
- Reporting regularly to CPO and divisional People Director on progress.
- Supporting the migration of CoE resource to the business, TUPE, review terms, etc.
- Supporting change in both target operating model and group support.
As an HR Project Manager, you will:
- Draw up and maintain project and communication plans that will support the delivery of the project.
- Effectively manage and report on project budget.
- Work with all parties to agree, co-ordinate and schedule project activities.
- Direct and motivate the project team as appropriate.
- Work closely with suppliers and book relevant technical resources to deliver project tasks.
- Produce and share weekly/bi-weekly/monthly project highlight reports including relevant project update meetings.
- Liaise with and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to support delivery and embedment of the project.
- Highlight HR project risks, evaluate, communicate to key people and manage those risks.
- Manage expectations for the delivery of the project and escalate issues on deadlines, risks and issues as early as possible.
- Undertake project closure as appropriate including ensuring that the necessary project documentation has been completed.
- Ensure that any changes to the originally agreed scopes of work are managed through change control and that the results of the changes are documented and clearly communicated to all key stakeholders.
- Ensure project management methodology is always followed during HR change lifecycle.
