Our client is actively seeking a HR manager for a fantastic opportunity to join an independent school based in the Kent area. This role is a stand-alone role focusing on all areas of HR and we are looking for an experienced HR Generalist/HR Business Partner who would be happy leading in a hands-on role.

Duties to include:

  • Work independently both operationally and strategically across HR.
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders within the school.
  • Resolve complex ER cases.
  • Undergo restructure projects.
  • Recruitment covering all compliance.

Candidates will have a strong background in a generalist HR role ideally 5+ years. Experience within education would be advantageous.

This role is a full time, permanent role across 40 hours that will be required to be office based 5 days a week. Benefits include 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays and additional leave over the Christmas period, up to 10% pension scheme, free daily lunch and snacks, free parking.
