My client is looking for an Apprenticeships and Early Careers Partner for a 3 months contract with potential to be extended for longer. On a hybrid basis, the role will be based in the office 2 days a week with 3 days WFH.
This is a unique opportunity to support the design and delivery of programmes, projects and interventions that will have a significant long-term impact on the company. To succeed, you'll need to work with colleagues at every level of our organisation to develop the culture, behaviours and capabilities that will make sure we are fit for the future.
Powered by your commitment to collaboration, you'll be responsible for programmes and projects that help us to engage effectively with employees and go the extra mile to recognise their achievements. If you want to build on your experience of delivering people-focused projects, this role is perfect.
Day to day, you'll provide colleagues with advice and guidance; deliver OD interventions; and support a diverse range of change management programmes. You'll bring existing knowledge of OD, change management or a similar discipline.
Your skills should include supporting others, liaising with external providers, and managing the delivery of projects. You will also be able to demonstrate how you've been developing yourself, and your commitment to public service.
