Our client is actively seeking a people and recruitment officer who has a passion for the employee lifecycle. The role will be working alongside the Head of People and Culture, and People and Culture Advisor. The role will predominantly work on the recruitment process for the wider business, including onboarding and offboarding, updating the HRIS system, ensuring team policies and procedures are up to date, and providing administration support to the wider teams within HR.
Successful candidates need to be confident and able to hit the ground running - someone with initiative, happy to work individually as well as in a team and looking to grow within HR.
Duties to include:
- Maintaining HRIS systems
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process; advertising, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, providing feedback, communicating with hiring managers, onboarding, offboarding
- Ensuring that all function specific collateral, tools, policies, and procedures are up to date, accurate and easily accessible
- Supporting Learning and Development activities across the business
- Providing administration support to the Performance, Development, and reward team
- Supporting the business with audits, PDR related processes, training data, and essential employee related tracking
Candidates will have strong Excel skills, experience with recruitment and HR administration, and CIPD level 3 would be desirable.
This role is a full-time, permanent role that is 3 days a week in the office and 2 days working from home.
