Portfolio proudly represents one of the UK’s leading professional service providers for HR, Tax, Health and Safety, and Reward. We are seeking experienced HR Advisors to join a fast-growing, award-winning organization with ambitious growth plans and part of a Global Group.
The successful candidate will provide professional HR and Employment Law advice and excellent service to clients across Great Britain and Northern Ireland. Teamwork is essential to ensure advice is legally compliant and tailored to clients’ needs. Sometimes, it may be necessary to highlight non-compliant options and inform clients of associated risks.
You will receive comprehensive training, with opportunities for progression into senior roles.
The HR Advisor responsibilities include:
- Supporting clients with legally compliant advice and a personal touch
- Guiding clients on employment law/HR inquiries
- Offering innovative solutions and ideas
- Taking ownership of cases to resolution
- Building rapport and relationships with clients
- Responding within contractual SLA’s, prioritizing client needs
- Recording advice accurately in relevant databases
- Assisting with documentation and information implementation
- Drafting ‘ad-hoc’ letters as needed
- Participating in legal briefings and internal training to ensure compliance
- Engaging in self-study to stay current with legislation and best practices
